Frequently Asked Questions
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided on your order after your order is shipped. This e-mail will have a link to fully track your order status on Jatashop.com. All of our orders have tracking numbers.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Most orders are processed the same business day.
How long does it take to receive my items?
Every product is different. The shipping time from our warehouse is listed in the availability field on each listing. Many stocked products are ready to ship within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Our "Made to Order" products are manufactured when the order is placed and most ship within 1-3 weeks.
Will all of my items be delivered at the same time?
Not always. Due to stock availability, some items may be received sooner than others.
What Does "Special Order" & "Made to Order" mean?
"Special Order" & "Made to Order" means the product is hand made when you place your order. These items are not stocked in a warehouse, but are personally made for you.
When will my credit or debit card be charged?
Credit cards and debit cards will be charged on the date that your order is placed, not the date of shipping. If your item(s) are backordered, your payment is used to reserve the products(s) you purchased with the manufacturer(s).
Yes. You must have at least $19.99 in your cart to checkout.
NO! we don't for any products shipped outside of Arizona. We are required by law to collect 8.60% sales tax for any products shipped to Arizona.
How safe is it to order from Jatashop.com?
We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 256-bit encryption. ALL pages on JataShop are covered by this protection.
We offer FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING for orders over $99. Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95. We do not have any shipping surcharges, so all orders either ship for free or $8.95, period.
Expected shipping time for your order?
Many stocked products are ready to ship within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Our "Made to Order" products are manufactured when the order is placed and most ship within 1-3 weeks. Every product page has the estimated shipping time from our warehouse for that specific product. These time frames are also shown in the shopping cart & checkout page for every individual item.
How will your order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by standard ground shipping via FedEx, UPS, USPS, Sure Post, Smart Post, Spee-Dee, or L.T.L. carrier to the continental United States. At our discretion, we will choose the best shipping carrier based on speed of delivery, shipping origin, destination address, and size & weight of the package(s). Typical delivery time from these carriers is 2-5 days to deliver your order. No express shipping options are available at this time.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO's, FPO's, US Territories?
Generally not. Most of our products cannot ship to a P.O. Box, military addresses or US territories outside the lower 48 states. Some smaller items can ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please inquire before ordering if you require a USPS Priority Mail delivery to one of these regions.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to US addresses.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us to return it within 14 days after receiving the merchandise and Jatashop will replace the item or issue a full refund minus the actual original shipping charges and any manufacturer handling charges (if applicable) to the original payment method used for the purchase. Customer has 10 business days to return the item back to Jatashop after receiving the RMA number. Once return is received by Jatashop, please allow 2-3 days for a refund to be issued. All merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and the return mailing address
- Jatashop cannot accept returns later than 10 business days after customer receives the RMA number
- After you receive the return instructions and send the item back, we highly recommend emailing us a tracking number in order to not delay your refund
- For merchandise that is not broken or damaged, it is your responsibility to mail the item(s) back to us
- Ship your return merchandise by any delivery service you choose (Fedex, UPS, or USPS)
- Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured for your protection (we must receive the item undamaged, unused, unaltered and in original packaging to issue a refund)
- Shipping charges you paid on your order are not refundable unless item is defective or damaged
- Although you only paid a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping on your order or received free shipping, your refund will be the invoice total minus the actual original shipping charges and any manufacturer handling charges (if applicable)
- All merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Any free gifts received with purchase, must also be returned in resalable condition to receive a refund for original merchandise purchased
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed
- Please contact us within 3 business days after receiving your damaged or broken merchandise for instructions
- Claims for damaged or broken merchandise cannot be processed after 3 business days from the delivery date
- You may be required to e-mail a picture of the damaged or broken merchandise to receive a free replacement
- If you are required to e-mail a picture of the damaged or broken merchandise, a free replacement will not be sent until we receive the pictures
- If we require the damaged or broken item(s) back, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges
- If you refuse a free replacement of the identical item(s) you received damaged or broken, you will be required to send the item back at your expense and your refund will be processed under the terms of our non damaged items policy
- Keep all original packaging and mailing labels
Items Not Received:
- All shortages must be reported within 3 business days of delivery receipt of merchandise. We can replace missing items only if they have been reported during this time frame. If you are missing any part of your order, contact us immediately.
Items Returned for Non Delivery:
- Merchandise that is returned for shipment refusal will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable fees from the non damaged items policy.
Items Returned for Non Delivery ("Special Order" & "Made to Order"):
- "Special Order" & "Made to Order" merchandise that is returned for shipment refusal will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus all applicable fees from the non damaged items policy.
Items Returned Without a Return Authorization:
- Merchandise that is returned without receiving return authorization from Jatashop will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus all applicable fees from the non damaged items policy. Jatashop reserves the right to refuse the return altogether.
"Special Order" & "Made to Order" Items:
- All merchandise marked "Special Order" or "Made to Order" in the availability field cannot be returned unless defective, broken or damaged during delivery. In the event there is a problem with the merchandise, we will exchange the defective or damaged items for the same exact items at no additional cost. All sales are final on special order merchandise.
- All merchandise marked "closeout" in the availability field cannot be returned unless defective, broken or damaged during delivery. In the event there is a problem with the merchandise, we will exchange the defective or damaged items for the same exact items at no additional cost. All sales are final on closeout merchandise.
- All bulk orders (5 or more of the same product) cannot be returned unless defective, broken or damaged during delivery. In the event there is a problem with the merchandise, we will exchange the defective or damaged items for the same exact items at no additional cost. All sales are final on bulk orders.
In the event that you would like to cancel your order, we will try our best to cancel your order before it is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. We process orders on the same business day of your order, so it will be tough to cancel most orders. Once your order is processing in our warehouse, we may or may not be able to cancel your order. If we were able to cancel your order, we will issue a refund to the original credit card or your PayPal account used for the purchase minus a $5.00 processing fee. If we were unable to cancel your order because your order is processing in our warehouse or already in transit, you will need to return merchandise in accordance with our policy for non-damaged items.
- All "Special Order" & "Made to Order" merchandise cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer. Under special circumstances that are pre-approved by Jatashop LLC, special orders may be cancelled with a 20% manufacturer cancellation fee.
- All bulk orders (5 or more of the same product) cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.

All transactions processed through our store are completely confidential. What Information Is Collected:
Jatashop LLC only collects your name, shipping/billing address, email address, and phone number.
How That Information Is Used:
The information we collect is only used to process your order, to contact buyers if we have questions, or to send emails with special offers. Your e-mail address is never given to a third party.
Errors in Pricing Disclaimer:
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Our site offers a large number of products and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will either contact you for instructions before shipping the product, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation.

This site offers a large number of products of which most have sizes listed for that item on its product page. The size listed on each product is approximate and may not be exact. We try to be as accurate as possible with the item measurements, but some items may differ within a few inches.
