If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us to return it within 14 days after receiving the merchandise and Jatashop will promptly replace the item or issue a full refund minus the actual original shipping charges and any manufacturer handling charges (if applicable) to the original credit card used for the purchase.
