Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 14 days after receiving the merchandise and Jatashop will promptly replace the item or issue a full refund minus the actual original shipping and handling charges to the original credit card used for the purchase (a 20% restocking fee may apply). Returns must be undamaged, unaltered and in original packaging. If you need to return your item, email us and we will give you further instructions. In your email, please provide your order number, name, and address.
