If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 14 days after receiving the merchandise and Jatashop will promptly replace the item or issue a full refund minus the actual original shipping charges to the original credit card used for the purchase (a 20% restocking fee may apply). Returns must be undamaged, unaltered and in original packaging. If you need to return your item, email us and we will give you further instructions.
